- If you were a student in the Tahitian 4xweek segment

• - Book in to this event (which holds your spot and covers rehearsals)
• - Practice at home and come to rehearsals confident in material (you will only perform in items you are confident in)
• - Attend REHEARSALS to be put into staging lineups 
• - LADIES: You will need to provide 2021 Mini Heiva Costumes - or - Hire from us if don't have (we will invoice $10)
• - GENTS: You will need to provide 2021 Mini Heiva Costumes - or - Hire from us if don't have (we will invoice $10)

SHOW DAY (@ SunPac Theatre)

12pm - We will arrive and start to setup

1pm - Older dancers arrive for staging walkthrough

3pm - Younger dancers arrive and everyone get setup, dressed and ready

330pm - Doors open for audience

4pm - Showtime

630pm - Everyone help packup and clear out
